1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us using any of the methods below:

• Email: support@gk.tools — include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Post: GK Tools Ltd, 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS

Please include your name and the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

2. What We Delete

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete:

• Your account profile and contact information
• Any data obtained through Facebook or Instagram login
• Communication logs and support history
• Any other personal data we hold about you

We may need to retain certain data where required by law (e.g. financial records for HMRC reporting). We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and explain why.

3. Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR. If we need more time, we will let you know and explain the reason.

4. Facebook & Instagram Data

If you connected to our services via Facebook or Instagram, we will delete all data obtained through those platforms upon request. You can also remove our app's access to your Facebook account directly:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
• Find "GK Tools" and click Remove
• This will revoke our access immediately

5. Contact Our Data Protection Officer

If you have any concerns about how we handle your data, you can contact us at support@gk.tools or lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
